How to auto power on without power key¶

(1) R1022 and R1021 form a bias voltage when turning on, so that Q1003 is turned on
(2) After 2.5 seconds, the software controls HDMI_LEVEL_EN from Low to High to turn on Q1002 & turn Q1003 off
(3) The production line can be Disable auto-power on circuit by short-circuiting TP1003 and TP1004.
